京（Voice）の声帯の不調により担当医師の診療を受けた結果、声帯結節及び音声障碍と診断されました。DIR EN GREYの今後の活動を考えて医師の判断に沿い、2012年3月～4月に予定されていた北米ツアー「The STILL RECKLESS Tour」への出演を辞退並びに単独公演を中止させて頂きます。

As a result of a check-up due to the problems vocalist KYO has been experiencing with his vocal chords, he has been diagnosed with Vocal Nodule Dysphonia. Following doctor's orders DIR EN GREY regretfully announces their withdrawal from the upcoming 2012 N. America tour "The STILL RECKLESS Tour" and the cancelation of their headline shows slated for March to April 2012.

Also included is an extended long interview with the band members tackling subjects from different angles and their personal point of view, not forgetting a condensed documentary report from Mexico and Houston from the "OVERSEAS (NORTH & SOUTH AMERICA) TOUR2011 AGE QUOD AGIS" that took them to South America, North America, and Canada in November-December of 2011.

Footage documenting the six months from their European tour that kicked off in August 2011, up to the Osaka-jo Hall show in January 2012 will be released back to back in 2 consecutive months!
See DIR EN GREY abroad where they are faced with challenges day in and out, and in Japan where you are transported back to time of their nationwide tour, see them backstage and also on stage in their all new live footage from their recent shows. See them like you have never seen them before overcoming hardship, and see them only on this documentary. Follow DIR EN GREY on their journey from the time they decided as a band to take the hard road leading up to the present.
► A Message from Atsushi Inoue.
The information is also in the official site but due to Kyo’s suffering from a vocal cord nodule, we had no choice but to unfortunately cancel the North America tour this March and April.
He has been consulting with a doctor in recent years but it has come to this point and the doctor has ordered him to stop. It is unfortunate but it was decided on in order to be able to go on stage and do recording in the future, I hope that you will understand.
In fact, he just went to the hospital. He intends to undergo the best possible treatment for his throat. Of course he wouldn’t be “trying anything” but would be progressing forward cautiously.
Currently he can’t talk due to the treatment but, it is not a hindrance to his daily life so there is no need to worry. I am not sure how long it will take until he would recover but, he is also consulting with the members and will do what he can.
We’ve made all of you who understand DIR EN GREY the best worry but,
I hope that you could wait for a while until they come back on stage.
